The Beaches of Agnès OmU
Returning to the beaches that shaped her life, Varda creates a self-portrait in documentary form. She stages herself among excerpts from her films, photographs, and reportages, revisiting her journey with warmth and wit.

She reflects on her beginnings as a stage photographer, her emergence as an early filmmaker of the French New Wave, and her life with Jacques Demy. She also touches on her feminism, her travels to Cuba, China and the United States, her work as an independent producer and her family life.
